Tips Airport vehicles Hull

Servicing all types of aircraft with maximum efficiency, precision and safety.

Tips Hull is a product line of three vehicles for airport ground support equipment: a tow tractor, a water tank vehicle and a belt loader vehicle. Designed to be modern, robust, efficient and cost-effective solutions for any airport.

The challenge in the design process was to create visually interesting designs that communicate their robustness and efficiency while retaining a very simple production and high functionality for the three vehicles across different final use cases.

The unique look was achieved with angled sharp lines and the cockpit windows that follow an imaginary line as if the cockpit would be sliced with a flat surface. This feature provides the user with more visibility at the front and more protection from the rear.

Tips intelligent modular design solution enables numerous functional upgrades on the same platform which results in lower production costs, quicker built time, easier service logistics, standardised handling for the operators and a visually coherent product line with strong recognition.
