Alpina Backcountry boots are designed for off-track cross-country skiing, rugged terrain, and the most extreme weather conditions.

They prioritize comfort and protection from the elements, utilizing durable, water-resistant, and insulating materials and features.

The design followed a systematic approach focused on different user groups. Each individual product was clearly defined by its features, materials, and form. The flexible rear section, offering significantly more comfort than traditional boots, along with two additional flex zones, was highlighted with red accents to communicate key selling points.

By reducing the product line, focusing on user groups, and standardizing certain elements, production costs were lowered. At the same time, clear differentiation between products simplifies the decision-making process for buyers.
