The founder, Jure Miklavc, has over thirty years’ experience in design and has been active in design education since 2005. He is Professor of Industrial Design and Vice Dean at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, and regularly lectures internationally at Hongik University’s International Design School for Advanced Studies (IDAS) in Seoul and at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences.
As a recognised expert, he serves on juries for leading global design awards, including the Red Dot Product Design Award, the Red Dot Design Concept Award, and the Contemporary Good Design Award. He is also a recipient of the national Prešeren Foundation Award.
